A F/T position at an established Information Technology Consulting and Placement Firm with main offices Downtown NYC and New Jersey. National provider of IT F/T and Contract placement services to Financial Institutions and IT professionals since 1994.

Base + Commissions + Benefits F/T Employee.

If you want to earn north of 150k plus you can accomplish that here. We have a state of the art Database with 300,000 candidates, and very fair ownership rules so you have a great chance to make a lot of placements.

We deal directly with all Hiring Managers and have relationships with them for years. Your resume submit does not go into a black hole. We also get immediate feedback from Hiring Managers.

This is not a micro management environment, in fact it is very entrepreneurial. As long as you generate revenue the world is your oyster.

Location: Downtown NYC.

Skills required for the position: IT recruiting, Basic knowledge of Capital Markets, PC LITERACY.

You must have a 2+ years IT Recruiting experience in the Financial Services industry and must have experience placing full time and consultants. If you have only one discipline and are a rock star we might consider you.
